Personality:

Megumi loves love!

No, seriously. Her name isn't Cure Lovely because she's ambivalent about it. For her, kindness and love are a driving force unlike what people have usually seen. She understands pain and sadness, she wants to hug it away, she's going to love and tolerate you goddamnit! While Megumi is very good at recognizing the feelings of others, however, she's not good at recognizing her own. It's not that she represses them, rather that she honestly just doesn't see them. Her gaze is locked forwards to making people happy, and she's blind to the fact that she can be sad, she's exhausted, or otherwise. Over her time as a Precure, she matures and starts to recognize her own feelings (and how her blind nature to her own self hurt the people around her) and grow because of it.

Excitable to nearly a fault, Megumi can get so pumped up it's hard to stop her. She's like a snowball steadily getting bigger and bigger as it rolls down a hill--good luck trying to pause her descent! When she gets going, she either reaches her destination or crashes and burns.

Megumi can be very one-minded and determined, especially when the chips are down. When she has something to lose, she'll very nearly hurt herself trying to make sure it's protected. If she fails, even Megumi can despair, and usually needs a little bit of shaking out of her stupor to come around. It's hard for her to fail, because she gears herself up to succeed so much.

Her friends are precious to her. Of all things, not having her friends around will be an obstacle, but Megumi has no problem making new ones. Hime doesn't even have to try when they meet; although it had been her plan to seek Megumi out and gain a friend, Megumi does most of the legwork for her and immediately gains an interest.

Above all, though, Megumi loves love. This is all kinds of love: familial, friends, and romance too. Megumi falls in love so easily, and it is a fierce, protective love that even saves her in the end. She's willing to grow, change, adapt and move forward if it's in the name of love.

Abilities:

To be point blank, a lot of Megumi's attacks come from her PreBrace, which is a bracelet with a wheel she uses to charge her energy. His means that she has to be in her Precure form before she does any of these.

She can summon pretty much anything made out of light with her PreBrace. She has summoned fists (Lovely Punching Punch) and swords (Lovely Rising Sword) and eyebeams (Lovely Beam). To be simple, I will only use attacks actually seen on the show unless mod approval for new attacks are given. (I'm also omitting her other transformations, Lollipop Hip Hop and Cherry Flamenco.)

Finishers (ends in purification of the enemy)
● Pinky Love Shoot: Punches a heart full of light straight at the enemy to lock them in place.
● Twin Miracle Power Shoot: Used with her partner, Cure Princess. This melds her heart full of light with her bullseye full of light, both hurled at the enemy to lock them in place.
● Happiness Big Bang: Used with her full team. Big explosion of pastel-rainbow light.
● Lovely Powerful Kiss: Used with the Shining Makeup Dresser and while in Innocent Form. Basically blows a kiss full of light to stunlock the enemy.
● Innocent Purification: Used with the Shining Makeup Dresser, while her full team is in their Innocent Forms. Sing a song and then launch at the target, creating a huge explosion.

Attacks (does not end in purification)
● Lovely Punch: beam of light used while punching an enemy.
● Lovely Rising Sword: summons a sword of light.
● Lovely Heart Destruction: charges at the enemy and causes an explosion with two beams of light.
● Lovely Beam: eye lasers.
● Lovely Shield: big shield made out of light.
● Lovely Punching Punch: summon a huge fist made out of light and expels it at the enemy.
● Lovely Heart Stamp: shoving a big heart made out of light into an enemy's body.

In addition to these, she can breathe in space and has near-endless endurance as well as super-strength.
